Come and visit us in our factory store located in Thiers, the French cutlery capital. With an optimal view of our workshop, our factory shop provides you all year round with knives from our top-of-the-range handmade production: Le Thiers®, Laguiole knife, Yssingeaux, Saint-Bernard and still Corsican knives. Our production is based on the traditional know-how of the city of Thiers. We use the most luxurious materials to make our knives: mammoth ivory, damascus steel or even ebony wood or amourette.
